About the CD

The CD was recorded between October 2004 and July 2005. The CD featured Zuzo singing in a low voice and Pablo Silva on drums. Half of the songs are originals with lyrics (Portuguese spoken), and half are instrumental, jazz standards and choro in Brazilian rhythms.

As with other albums, there is no point in two basses being recorded at the same time. Besides playing with his four-string bass, Zuzo also recorded with his double neck bass, piccolo, and acoustic.

Drums and additional vocal mixes were done at the studio, and all bass tracks were recorded at Zuzo’s home.
